From Marrakesh to Cairo, Damascus to Beirut, visiting a Middle Eastern souk is a unique and magical experience, a feast for the senses. The souk is a place where food is theatre; a bustling epicentre of flavour and fragrance.

Here, stall-holders use the freshest locally-grown ingredients to cook up a feast of dishes from dawn to dusk, filling the air with the aroma of citrus and spices all day long.

Now, Souk Kitchen is here to bring the best of Middle Eastern market food to Bristol. Our dishes are packed with flavour, prepared with passion and made for sharing with family and friends!

Like a traditional souk we’ll be supporting the local community by using the freshest local and seasonal ingredients wherever we can.

We don’t want to give too much away now because we like surprises and we’re certain that our food and hospitality will speak for themselves when we open in April.
